Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50. Shipping time depends on the standard or expedited option you pick. We ship via USPS, FEDEX, & UPS only. Tracking will be sent once orders are completed and labeled. Please note, once your order has been shipped it is not Jay-Lou's Creations responsibility to replace if lost, or stolen. A claim can be filed with your local USPS or UPS in regards to package.

Processing on NON-RUSH ORDERS is 7-14 BUSINESS days. Each order is customized & this takes time due to me being the only operator. For a fee, orders can be rushed no more than 3-4 business days. I do not complete any orders on WEEKENDS, MONDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE MESSAGES IN REGARDS TO YOUR ORDER. I am the only designer and this slows the process down. During the processing phase you will be updated as needed for editing and draft purposes only. If you do not received a tracking email confirmation your order is still processing. For all other inquiries please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
